How to Delete, Move, or Rename Locked Files in Windows?

It's perhaps not feasible to directly delete a locked file from Windows operating system. You can not rename, move, and carry out some type of editing. This dilemma happens when locked files are either used or open by every program or process onto your own computer or within your network. The role of locking a file will be always to confine some edits, deletes, or transferring the file while being used by the computer's process.
